I think Yeshua looked like a mediterranean dark haired, olive skinned, head covering, dark eyed Jew. After all…he was one. His skin was lighter than Sayids, and definitely darker than Del Parson imagined (wow, 10 years out the LDS Church I still remember his name). The Mel Gibson verion is way too Romanized.

He's six four but built like a Samoan because he *is* part-Samoan. We had been lying in bed and I had my arm - the full length of it- over him and my fingers only were leftover on the other side. Then we moved and he put his arm over me- only I measured just between his wrist and elbow. the convo went like this: "John, you're built like a road-grader! Yer huge!" "No, love, I'm just right." "John, you are bigger than Jesus." "No, I'm not, Jesus is just six-four." ".....and how do we know this?" "It's the perfect height." ahh, male brains are so much fun. It makes me very uncomfortable because the picture is an incredibly hot guy. Someone I would definitely look twice at if he were walking down the street. Not sure I'm supposed to feel that way about Jesus... If this helps, here is what my daughter says God looks like: He has blue skin and wears a striped hat and has brown curly hair.
