Oh you guys! I have found the most adorable teacher gift! I found it on Dannie’s Designs, and tweaked it a little bit to be more my style. It is a booklet of gift cards. Now don’t get excited… I went with $5 gift cards for each section, so it doesn’t have to get expensive.
On the cover, I wrote “How will Miss Butterfield spend her summer?” and tried to make it all cutesy with a lopsided bow:

Then inside, I pasted fun summer ideas along with a little envelope in which to slip the gift card into.

Here are the individual pages and the corresponding gift cards:

BARNES AND NOBLE

COLDSTONE CREAMERY

MEGAPLEX THEATERS

OLIVE GARDEN

BATH AND BODY WORKS
Isn’t this the most adorable idea? And the best part is that I can save these images on my computer, and in just a few minutes, duplicate this gift for next year’s teacher. And the one after that, and the one after that… Really, until I find another cuter idea, this will be my go-to teacher gift! So simple!

< ![CDATA[Ok, so Miss Stewart, now that yours is done you can start on mine! Adorable idea, and looks great even with the lopsided bow. :P]]>
< ![CDATA[You are such a better Mom than I will ever be. I plan on just giving my kid a wrinkled $20 to slip into her palm at the end of the year.]]>
< ![CDATA[I love it! But alas, I have no teacher to give one too.
Damn the luck!]]>
< ![CDATA[Super cute! I sort of wish I had a job where year-end gifts were appropriate.]]>
< ![CDATA[Great idea! and not just for teachers but anyone you'd like to say thanks to.]]>
< ![CDATA[That is way better looking than even the example was ! You need to email me those images!!! They are such a great idea!]]>
< ![CDATA[What a great idea! I love it. If you don't mind, I'm going to steal it for 1) my kids teachers' gifts and 2) my blog - crediting you of course! I have an "I'm Stealing It!" segment and this is such a great idea I feel I must tell everyone.]]>
